The perfect Pinotage grapes from the vineyards' warm southern slopes, cooled by African ocean breezes! These perfect climate conditions allows the grapes to ripen slowly and develop the best flavours before being harvested in Februrary.
The grapes are fermented on their skins for 8 hours to develop the fresh berry flavours and lovely pink colour, the wine is then further fermented in cool cellar conditions
A groovy bottle, and a lovely deep pink wine with lush fresh fruity flavours, hints of spice and a long lingering palate. A perfect wine to share with friends - a great party drink
