The grapes of Garnacha Tintorera and Monastrell come from vineyards located in the area of Almansa between 700 and 1000 metres of altitude planted on sandy soils and high amount of limestone on his bed. Fermented separately to obtain a very complex wine after 12 months of maturing in French oak barrels.
Intense, dark, high cherry-colored robe with a ruby rim and some violet tinges. Aromas of juicy black fruit and red fruit with creamy notions of spices, vanilla, toffee and mocha. Powewrful and lush with intense notes of black fruit with a touch of menthol, dry earth, violets, chocolate, dried herbs and spices. Well-balanced, with a lively acidity, ripe tannins and a very long, fruit finish.
