Surf Melon is a gently-salted grisette brewed with American hops, wheat, watermelon, and fresh limes. After Surfcasting is brewed and blended, watermelon is added which is fully fermented out by the house saison strain. Hazy straw in color with juicy notes of fresh watermelon, lime zest, lemon peel, and white pepper with a dry, lightly tart, and subtly salty finish.
