Endeavour Gluten Free Dubbel Ale (ABV 7.0%) is the world's first example of this style made with no barley. It's produced from all gluten free ingredients -- water, millet, buckwheat (soba), brown rice, sorghum, hops, and yeast -- by De Proefbrouwerij in Belgium for Green's in the UK.It pours clear dark brown with a tan head and a traditional Belgian yeast bouquet. In the classic dubbel fashion, it has hints of dark fruits, brown sugar and toffee, and is medium-bodied and moderately carbonated.
