Sixty percent North Coast fruit for the muscle and body of the wine, which imparted the rich flavors and aromas of ripe black fruit and bing cherry. The blend of Central Coast fruit for the remainder of the wine added agile suppleness, with exotic hints of cardamom, orange pekoe tea, and rose hips. The result is a wine with good structure and flavor that is a delicious accompaniment to almost anything - whether it's with friends or food (or both!)
