Côtes de Provence Rosé Château de Miraval’s Côtes de Provence Rosé is issued from the château’s best parcels (Muriers, Longue, Romarin) and from selected parcels in the best terroirs of Provence. The clay and limestone vineyards are partially on terraces located at an average of 1,200 feet above sea level. The grapes are harvested exclusively in the morning, sorted twice, and destemmed. Pressurage direct is employed for the Cinsault, Grenache, and Rolle, while the Syrah is vinified partially using the saignée method. It is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats (95%) and in barrels (5%) with bâtonnage.
