  • Order and Processing Terms/Information

    • You were an Adult (21 or Older) at the time of purchase.

    • Adult Signature Required (21 Or Older) and an Adult (21 or Older) MUST be Present to RECEIVE and SIGN for ALL Deliveries, packages cannot be left at the door, Delivered or Shipped to P.O., APO, FPO Boxes.

    • All alcohol and tobacco products are sold in Florida and title passes to the buyer in Florida. By placing the order, you authorize us to provide to you directly, or have the product(s) to be delivered on your behalf by a delivery service or common carrier to your selected destination. Under the terms of sale, the carrier is acting as your agent.

    • Broudy's Staff and/or Delivery Drivers Reserve the Rights to Refuse Delivery. At their sole discretion, reserve the rights to refuse to supply or deliver any order if they feel the recipient is underage, is intending to provide the order to anyone that is underage, seems intoxicated and/or otherwise chemically impaired, among other reasons.

    • Typographic, Photographic, Technical and Pricing Errors Although we strive to achieve 100% accuracy, occasionally errors and inaccuracies do occur. Should you encounter an error or inaccuracy, please inform us so it can be corrected. Products and packaging depicted on the site may differ from stock available at the time of shipment. If an error is made and a product is listed at an erroneous price, Broudy‚Äôs Liquors may, at its discretion, refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If an order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card at the incorrect price, Broudy's Liquors shall have the right to cancel the order and issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.

    • Out of stock If an 'out of stock' issue occurs we will contact the customer and inquire, if we can get more of the product, if a delay would be acceptable and/or see if alternative product would be acceptable. Depending on accessibility to more stock or customer needs we may just issue a credit equal to the amount paid for such 'out of stock' items.

  • Local Delivery Terms

    • Local Delivery and Processing Times: During Delivery Service Hours (Verify Address Availability and Service Times), the general delivery window for any online is order is About Two Hours from when Broudy's receives the order to when it could be at your door for you to enjoy. We process Local Deliveries, for each requested delivery time, in the order they were received and will work as quickly and safely as possible to deliver each order in turn. That means that while we while we will try to get your Local Delivery to you by your requested Date and Time we do Not Guarantee your delivery will arrive by these times! We do apologize in advance and thank you for your patience and understanding if your order arrives outside of your desired delivery times.

    • For a service fee ($5.00), Broudy's via a third party delivery service, provides local delivery. To use this service you must verify that you and the recipient are 21 years of age or older at time of purchase, verify that your desired delivery address is within one of the Broudy's delivery zones, Add Local Delivery to your Order, and have a minimum product subtotal of at least $20.00.

  • Important Florida Shipping Terms/Information

    • Weather/Delivery Delays Temperature extremes (hot/freezing) can quickly ruin many liquors, this is especially true of WINES. Not only that but extreme weather can just overall cause disruptions to general travel/delivery schedules. You will be billed in full to secure the inventory for your order, however if we determine that the weather creates an unsafe to send an order we will hold the orders in our climate controlled facilities until such time the weather conditions improves to allow safe delivery.

    • Future Shipping Dates: You may select a delivery date up to 6 months in the future. We do not charge for holding your items until you are ready however we do require that the order be paid in full to secure your order inventory.

    • Items May Ship Separately: Items in your order may be shippied in separate packages as necessary to protect contents, based on regulatory restrictions, or fulfillment facilities.

    • Shipping Times: Shipping orders are processed during normal business hours ( Monday - Friday till 2: 00 PM(EST)) and are normally packed and ready for FedEx Shipment Pickup within 1 to 2 Business Days. Orders placed After shipping hours or over the Weekend will be processed Next Business Day(s). Shipping and delivery times are subject to shipping method selected and FedEx route and delivery schedule.

      Once FedEx picks up an order their Ground Shipping service, to Florida addresses, usually only takes about One Day for delivery therefore most orders shipped via this method with processing, packing and delivery should arrive within Three(3) to Five(5) days however Broudy's DOES NOT GUARANTEE nor does Broudy's have any control over how and when FedEx will deliver these orders. Once an order is picked up from Broudy's all logistics involved with processing, routing and delivery of these orders are upon FedEx their systems and operators.

      NOTE: Ordering Florida shipping for FedEx OverNight/Next Day WILL NOT expedite or decrease Broudy's processing times it will only change the Order delivery window once it is picked up by FedEx. Additionally as FedEx Ground delivery within Florida is generally takes one day, once picked up by FedEx, choosing one of the Overnight delivery options due to differences in how FedEx processes these delivery may result in longer delivery times than standard Ground Delivery.
